  I appreciated the helpfulness of the staff. They were excellent inassisting us during our stay. Upon returning to Spain, I would love tostay there again. - Really friendly staff. Great location right in the old town. Clean and simple - perfect for some traditional spanish vacationing.

  We liked the room set up and the customer service, which was excellent.We really appreciated the Kids Club, which offered our daughterfantastic interactive entertainment and games, while we used thewonderful Spa facility.   I took the hotel room to be able to fulfil a deadline for a grant application. This needed much writing and internet connection. The hotel was perfect for this, the room was quiet and comfortable. I might not have been the usual hotel guest as I used no facilities, but the stay met my expectations completely.   Our room was very modern and comtemporary, and was cleaned to a high standard. The pool area was fantastic, with a free kids club which was great for our daughter, and gave us some quality 'us' time, which was most welcome.   The hotel has a very helpful and friendly staff. Nothing was too much trouble (a special thank-you to Franklin). Located just out of town on a hillside. Authentic Mediterranean experience, with the sound of cicadas (I also saw a few geckos clinging to the walls in the evening). I timed the - downhill - walk from the hotel to the beach at 45 minutes, but I'm a slow walker. By car it's obviously much quicker, - The hotel is lovely. The staff were friendly, helpful and very accommodating. The verandah to the lovely lounge/bar compliments the ambiance. The rooms are lovely with private garden/patios. A joy to stay there, and would love to return when the other facilities have been completed.
