  Alt fungerte bra, rask romservice og proff resepsjon, d.v.s. innsjekking og utsjekking tok ca. 3 min. for 9 personer, i tillegg fikk vi beholde rommene 3 timer lenger ved avreise uten problemer. - Behagelig hjelpsom betjening. God service. Flott beliggenhet for bading/avslapning. Litt for dårlig med alternative spisesteder utenfor hotellet.

  We liked the room set up and the customer service, which was excellent.We really appreciated the Kids Club, which offered our daughterfantastic interactive entertainment and games, while we used thewonderful Spa facility. Overall a great hotel. - I liked the peace and tranquility, the spa installations and treatment, and the comfortable bed.

  We wanted a relaxing end to our Spain holiday and this was perfect. The staff were what made the hotel exceptional, Ronnie and Lorena were very kind, knowledgable, excellent with our children, friendly and always had a smile for us. We had a family room on the ground floor that opened up to a patio and then the gardens, very private and led to the... hva folk sier » pool area. There were activities for the kids every day and there was a beach 5 minutes away. There were lots of restaurants nearby, a favorite was S - The rooms were very well appointed there were a lot of extra touches. The 3 separate pool areas plus child pool really spread out the guests so not too crowded. We were there in October so I cant comment to what it would be like in peak season. We didn't visit the spa but the location on the beach is great. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
