The reception staff is great and welcoming, however no bell boy, no welcome drink, unlike many other 4 star hotels. Very professional set-up - quality accommodation with high standards of
cleanliness and service. A little walk walk to the City Centre/Old
Town however we found the position excellent as it has excellent access
to both Marbella and Puerto Banus. Excellent taxi and bus links. The Spa
is terrific and the very large indoor pool is absolutely great...lovely
and warm to! Recommend 7th floor views if you can get them. Perhaps
better suited to adults young and elder rather than to families with
childr

The pool area was fantastic, with a free kids club which was great for our daughter, and gave us some quality 'us' time, which was most welcome. The hotel is lovely. The staff were friendly, helpful and very accommodating. The verandah to the lovely lounge/bar compliments the ambiance. The rooms are lovely with private garden/patios. A joy to stay there, and would love to return when the other facilities have been completed.

We loved everything about the Jardines De La Reina--Kirsten and Diego have created a magical place! We were able to relax at the pool and enjoy their little paradise, and then venture out to explore the area--especially the beach and the mountain area (on a drive to Ronda).
