All heated accommodation have a living room with a flat-screen TV. Studios have 2 double beds. Apartments have 2 double sofa beds and a bedroom with a double bed. All have a private bathroom with a shower and free toiletries, and a kitchenette with a fridge, microwave and washing machine. A lift is available.
An airport shuttle service is available for an extra charge. Puerta del Sol is 2 km from the property.

I stayed with a group of friends in an apartment for 4 people. Really
very clean, with comfortable beds, kitchen and table where we could make
some meals. There are some small markets arround. I recommend staying at
this place!!.
Excellent location, good internet connection.
Clean room with fundamental facilities.
Convient to metro.
The location of the appartment is excellent. It takes couple of metro
stations or 6 eur taxi to reach plaza Mayor.
There was parking. All shops are around.

Great little apartment within walking distance of all central Madrid
attractions.
Near the center of Madrid, don't need car at all.
Good enough for the price.
The apartment was clean and spacious.
As seen in Booking, has no reception. So we were afraid of not finding
anyone to hand over the keys. However as we had warned the time we were
scheduled to arrive, there was no problem, because there were somebody
waiting for us.
Rooms without windows, no parking nearby.
There is not a front-desk service. Hotel staff was not show up at appointed check-in time so have to call for room key. The guy who gave us room key does not speak English. We "guess" what he's saying base on my past travel experience with other hotels check-in service.

This is not a hotel, but several flats in a building with neigbours.
Everythig in the apartment is the cheapest what coud be purchased. No
ac, Ventilator. All pots, spoons are from closest chinese shop or from
flea market. Same with bed sheets. The apartment is not acceptable for
business traveler.
Found a cigarette butt under the couch (actually our 9 month old baby
found it), though otherwise was very clean. Parking is really tight and
3 floors under the building.
No ac.
Small impracticable parking entrance if you have a regular sedan or so. It was impossible to use it.
There was a not too clean carpet in the living room.
There is a radio frequencies inhibitor in the area from the police that will make you go crazy. Not possible to open or close your car by electronic key.
the staff was not cooperative about meeting us to let us in. The apartment advertised as air conditioned, it was not. The washing machine did not work properly. The location was not safe.
