Very good location , just 3-5 mins walking you can find heart of Madrid. The staff is very nice and helpful. The bed n bedset r a bit old but comfortable enough.
I´m very happy with the place. Everything was great. The people was nice, the apartment was clean and confortable and everything was near by.

The owners are friendly and great. They went out of their way to help us arrive safe. Clean. Powerful wifi. Location in the heart of Madrid.
Nothing, it's a great place to stay but of course it isn't a hotel so don't expect hotel services.
No signboard on hotel. Beds are squeaky!!.
