The apartment I stayed in at #5 Villahermoso was clean and comfortable and centrally located. The staff was helpful to my every need, but were not at all intrusive. They were there if I needed them (a blown light bulb, etc.) and were not if I didn't. I had two friends visit during my month in this apartment and they supplied all the bedding I needed. The sofa bed was "more comfortable than my bed back home" one of my friends commented.
alle vurderinger » The apartment was well situated and relativelly easy to find. the apartment was small but had everything in it that we needed. Air conditioning was good as the temperature was 35 degrees. The apartment was quiet and we couldn't hear the traffic or other residents. The location is close to the center if you want to have a short walk (like 10-15 min) and San Bernardo matro is 5 min away. The price is very good. If you have a problem it will be fixed very quickly. Jonathan was very helpful and speaks good English. The price! The fact that the apartment was air conditioned, had all cooking facilities in the room, washing machine, fridge, well located for the metro lines, free wifi. Excellent value. It is a small room but very clean with a supermarket and bakeries just in front of it, and also very close to the subway. Excellent location. A lot of shops around. Close to the Metro station. The living room and bathroom are well equipped. Very nice apartment, you have your own place in a new city. Cheap, next to the city center in a very calm area. Location is good, easy access to metro station, staff is friendly. Great value for the price. Nothing I like. The kitchen was a bit tight and could have used a few more essentials, like a wine opener and perhaps a set of smaller bowls, but otherwise it was fully stocked. The hot water ran out quickly making it difficult for 3 people to have a shower. In the studio for 2 people the water heater is very small (40 l) and the beds are very uncomfortable. Internet conection is not always available. Nothing. The only problem was that I didn't see anybody of the apartment's office. As we arrived very late, due to a flight delay, a friend, who lives in Madri, helped us picking the keys up. We stayed 2 nights and I didn't see anybody of the office. I just left the keys inside the apartment to leave it. I don't know, maybe someone else can have problems with this. Poor sound insulation. Too small room. Bed sheets and cover were very synthetic. Very small, but well organized. Staff do not speak English, but, to be fair, they tried their best to understand and meet our requirements. Internet did not work, you have to push a little bit to get correct network name and access password. But overall, not bad and good value for money. Noisy neighbors. It was very dirty.
