  beautiful location with fabulous views and the historic quality of the hotel which had great charm and was so unusual as it dates back to the 16th century but is fabulously restored. Local knowledge saved so much time, amazing cooking was beautifully prepared by Roser and dining outside in such lovely surrounds was a 5 star experience. The house is stunning and unique.   The house was built in 1651 but renovated very beautifully. The bed was good, and it was quiet. The hosts were very nice, the breakfast is very good, with a selection of local produce. It was very clean, the surrounding villages/towns are beautiful. - Very friendly staff, home cooked meals excellent value
