Nice and friendly staff that spoke very good English. I had a nice spacious room overlooking Parque Santa Catalina. You could use free wi-fi in the salon where you also could watch tv and hang out with other travelers staying at the hostal.
Location was very good.
Nice people, and clean.

no tv control?...perhaps i could have asked the front desk? but did not bother.
wifi was not available throughout my 3 nights stay.
- very-very poor water pressure, you can't have shower normally
- thin walls, very noisy, you hear wat's going on in other rooms
- staying during 2 weeks the room wasn't cleaned, linens and towels weren't changed.
- dirty bathroom.
