  The hostel is located in a quiet residential neighbourhood that gives you a great feel of life in the city. The metro is barely 5mins walk and connects you straight to the city in 15mins. Your host is SO friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and tidy, outside roof terrace has cracking views, the kitchen and lounge area well set up for your us... hva folk sier » e. It's an excellent place to stay - can't recommend it enough - quiet, clean and comfortable, wi - It's a great, nice and cozy, place :) The owners are open and friendly and they keep the place clean. We had a great time watching the celebration of the lights at Horta streets, from the roof-top terrace. We also liked the fact that the hostel was peacefull and quiet althought it was fully booked. A big plus is the well equiped kitchen and good acces to wi-fi. The hostel is close to metro station and there are few shops nearby - but it may be hard to buy something during siesta or on Sunday.

  BcnStop is a centrally located decent compact accomodation probably less than 10 minutes walk down to the Sagrada Familia Cathedral. The neighbourhood is rather safe and pleasant. That said, one should never let their guard down wherever they are and however safe the area seems. Just round the corner, one can find plenty of good eateries at Avenid... hva folk sier » a (Avenguda) de Gaudi. To be honest in the apartment we were in I could not logon to the WiFi connection. Wasn't bothered about it. Ok maybe some more - perfectly located cheap hotel with underground garage in the centre of Barcelona and only 700? meters from sagrada Familia, lot´s of shops, restaurants and bars next to the hotel.

  I liked a lot Barcelona.I is a great city .Hotel Everest was also a very good choice for our holiday .Staff were very friendly. It is really close to Sagrada Familia - 10 minutes walk -for real .Also SANT PAU metro station is nearby.There are very nice place to eat or to drink coffees nearby.Choose room 711 or others like this because has terrace... hva folk sier » and you can smoke!!!At the entrace of the hotel there are two very nice italians at BUON and you can drink the best SANGRIA . In conclusion totally r - I like the location as a solo traveller it is away from the bustle of the centre, but close to La Sagrada Familia and Hospital de Sant Pau. On previous visits I have stayed in one of the apartments - very good. All the rooms are spotlessly clean, beds are comfortable. Big bathroom, again spotlessly clen.

  We stayed after beong at Benicassim festival so were very tired ! We were helped find the place by phone and were greated in a lovely way . The apartment was everything we wanted and in a great location had everything we needed and was near some lovely restaurants.

  Very good accommondation!!! The best of the trip!! Good connection of wifi, good facilities of the kitchen and rooms, nice design of the style and decoration, great location which is 5 mins to metro and 15 mins to the Sagrada Familia.   The apartments are not central but conveniently located close to two metro stations, which is on the same line as many of the tourist attractions. The furnishings are basic but everything is kept spotlessly clean. There are plenty of shops close by to buy basic food requirements but not really any decent places to eat. Joan, the manager, is very... hva folk sier » helpful. He sat down with us the first evening and showed us all the places we wanted to see on a map and explained how to get there. He also suggest - Very friendly staff and very good value for money. Was the same price as the cheapest hotels but receive much more than a normal hotel room with two bedrooms, a lounge, a kitchen and a bathroom. It isnt in the centre of town but it is very close to the main line on the metro which is a 10 min ride away from the centre of town. Overall more than what you need if you plan to be out all day
