comfortable and clean. Service was super polite, speak many languages, I

imagine who is the boss of hotel if they have such a wonderful staff!

The hostel is brand new and very cozy and clean and modern design. I booked online for 1 night but extended my stay for 3 more. Staff is super friendly and very helpful. They give you great information about what to. The recommendations on food and music was awesome. I love my stay and will definitely stay at there again. -

Very warm welcome from Carlos which continued throughout our stay-couldnt have been more helpful.
Room was a small Eco only but perfect for our two night stay as not needing a room to spend time in other than as a base.
Wonderful bed and best sleep I've had for ages in hotel room (travel a lot with work).
Great large shower- rain effect and seperate hand held.
Lovely touch of free tea and coffee available for guests and a light breakfast provided (not mentioned when booking).

Second, since it seems to be renovated recently, the facilities are quite new. Moreover, my room is comfortable and quiet in the night. The shared bathroom is also clean. We LOVED Cien! The room was very cozy and chic. The shower was huge. The terrace was great. The AC worked wonderfully. The wi-fi signal was super strong.
