  Friendly and helpful staff who know perfect English, quite satisfying continental breakfast, easy access to city center with a 10 mins walk to the metro, which goes to the city center in 15 mins, clean and tidy room with a futuristic bath, free wi-fi that covers almost all of the hotel building - Great staff, friendly and warm, spoke English very... hva folk sier » well, extremely helpful in directing us to tourist attraction areas, recommended a bus tour that was worth every Euro :-) Close to subway and shopping centers, plenty of restaurants to choose from.

  Very nice staff - not everybody speaks perfect English, but with basic Spanish - no problem! With 'Sp-english' - no worries at all ! :) While staying 2 nights I could change the room for better the following night. Internet for free in the room. Next to highway, but you cannot hear much. - Friendly staff, great price
