  The hotel is beautiful and very much a private oasis despite being just two blocks from the cathedral and Real Alcazar. My room on the first floor (#3) had a private, shaded, large terrace with lovely plantings, a table, and chairs. WiFi worked well in my room. I was never there at the right time to enjoy it but they serve an afternoon tea each d... hva folk sier » ay in the same central atrium where also is offered a tasty, fresh breakfast (or I might have had either on my terrace). The reception staff, especial - Highly impressed with the hotel and the exceptional service of each and every staff, specially Marta. The staff were friendly and very helpful, they had everything at the tip of their fingers and guided us in the best possible way in terms of tours and other things. We stayed here for two nights and thoroughly enjoyed every bit. We would love to return to Casa Seville if we go back to Seville. Thanks Marta and team for looking after us and making us feel at home.

The rest of the staff non-existent - Perfect location, design of the hotel. Parking: This is not a downside of the hotel, but be prepared that it is indeed as difficult as described by others! The hotel can be found easily with a gps, but the streets are extremely (!) narrow, and it is very likely that you need to back out about 300 m unless driving a really small car. There is absolutely no parking in front of the hotel or in a street nearby, making the hotel a quiet and peaceful place in the ancient city.

  Excellent location in city centre. The staff were helpful and friendly at all times and we liked the 24hr reception desk which made us feel secure in the hotel.
