I 've stayed in appartment ...(nina: you name it pls), for three nights in September 2013. And actually, I was very impressed by the beautiful view of this spacieuse modern appartment on the beach of Barcelona. The living room is very luminous. And I actually for the first time during my tourism vacations spent a lot of time in the appartment.

A very friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Nothing was too much trouble for staff. Superb level of service from all staff. One member of staff in particular (Yolanda) stood out as being exceptionally friendly and went out of her way to help. -

The apartment I booked had a private terrace which was excellent. The air-conditioning worked very well in both the bedroom , living area and bathroom. The apartments are very close to a fresh food market and supermarket. We booked the apartments to be near the beach and it is also very close to Poblenou metro for getting around the city. -

Beach was 10 minutes walk, Metro 5 minutes walk. Barcelona harbour and centre was a 30 to 40 minute walk along the seafront which is a flat easy walk. Plenty of cafes, supermarkets and fruit/veg shops nearby. Our apartment, although ground floor, had use of the roof terrace.

The house is very comfortable if you want to stay with your friends. The staff is very kind:) The location is perfect for the beach, within walking distance also it's very close to the metro station so you can quickly go to the centre with metro.

It's a very nice place to stay in when you're in Barcelona. The
location of the apartment is convenient especially if you're going
in summer season because the seaside is less then 5 minutes walk and if
you want to discover city famouse landmarks it won't take long to

It's really a home away from home. We immediately settled in and found the location very ideal as everything we need for a week's stay is just round the corner. Easy connection on the Metro is about 8mins walk(safe to travel at night as the neighbourhood is well-lit). Очень уютный апартотель, со всем необходимым оборудованием для комфортного проживания. Отличное месторасположение, рядом море, прогулочная улица с множеством кафе и магазинов. Немного вдали от центра, но для нас это было не проблемой. Тем, кто любит много гулять, вам сюда. По красивой набережной вдоль моря и гуляющих барселонцев до Рамблы около часа пешком. Или можно взять велосипед и домчаться за 10-15 минут. Барселона осталась в нашем сердце и если вернуться то только в это отель.

I like everything about this place. It was like home away from home. If
u r thinking of coming to Barcelona, make sure u use this apartment.
Everything u need is there and not far from the city centre with metro
just few mins away. No staff around and its quiet but ideal for privacy.
Not bad the price but it worth every penny paid for. Choice of
supermarkets around and am sure you cant make mistakes using this
apartment for whatever reason you r in barcelona for.

There are ample beds - 7 in total in 4 rooms.
The apartment is within short walking distance to Marina and Monumental metro station. Even we managed to walk to Placa de Catalunya where we catch the Aerobus to the airport.
Facilities are complete and working perfectly, with adequate towels provided daily.

The staff Was supernice we could leave our luggage there, I could print train and bus tickets for free. Two of our friends came a bit later however it Was no problem they could do the checking one day later. Fresh towels everyday and the infobook in the appartment is very useful too!!
