  Susan is possibly the nicest woman in Barcelona. She was very kind and made sure our stay was perfect. When I informed her that my shorts that had the extra set of keys was stolen at the beach, she was very understanding and told me that there would be no extra charge. We arrived at the hotel very early and had the option to either have the room early - Staff were lovely always very helpful. Hotel is a in walk from the llacuna metro stop and it's about 10mins into las ramblas! The area itself is lovely right on la rambla poblenou which is full of bars and restaurants and leads down to the sea front from there it's a stroll to the Olympic port which has more bar clubs and restaurants we loved our stay and the location.
