  As this was our first time staying at an apartment. We didn't know what to expect and what our experience would be like. I have to say that it was more than we expected. From the time we arrived until the end we enjoyed our stay. Helena was waiting for us when we arrived, greeted us, showed us the apartment, it's amenities and gave us a lot of use... hva folk sier » ful information. She had maps of the surrounding area of the apartment, maps of the city and the metro map. She gave recommendations on restaurants, b - The apartment is in a nice location with good transport links and not far from some of the shopping centres. Very nice welcome on arrival. very comfortable to relax in pool is an advantage when the weather is good. There are shops close by for daily essentials and a supermarket in the shooping center a 10 minute walk away. Buying the T10 ticket for the transport is very good value and the train station is a very short walk away. We would use this again if availabe for a trip to Barcelona again

  - Very friendly well trained staff always willing to help - All the receptionists speaking multiple languages unlike the majority of people in Barcelona - The rooms were very clean. Everyday room cleaning - Hotel has the European sign for eco-friendly services. This was definitely a "plus" for me. - Very quite. Hotel rooms with double layer window... hva folk sier » frames. - 5 mins walk from Splau Shopping Center. - Some nice breakfast points and restaurants in the area. All you can eat breakfast at the hotel at - Staff is very friendly and helpful. Great place to stay if you have a car. There's a shopping mall which was great for us and you could walk to it. Everything: camp nou, placa espanya, Tibidabo, etc. was never no more than 10-15minutes away. It was a holiday and every else the price was jacked up but the IBIS wasn't so it was great value for the money. Had 2 rooms and they put us right across from each other which was great.
