  All the staff were extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming. The facilities were beautifully clean and comfortable. Was very good value for the price we paid. I would definitely stay there again if in Madrid.

  It was a good, clean appartment with good facilities. The air conditioning was very good and it was very close to local amenities and the metro. The staff were extremely helpful and kind, especially helping me to find places I wanted to visit in the city on the map they provided. - Excellent staff !   The Hotel was just like the reviews we´d read. It was clean, comfortable, quiet and staff friendly and helpful. Being so close to the Metro meant travelling into the center of Madrid was easy.   Great location for access to the northern business district and just minutes to walk to the Castellana and nearest bus/metro. Breakfast vg value and wide range of food on offer to suit all tastes. Plentiful hot water and good shower pressure! Wifi everywhere with fast access. Very good value for money for a 3 day stay. The only down side is the parking on the street is valid for maximum 1 hour although the hotel does offer parking at an additional cost. We would definitely stay here again.

  For me this was a perfect hostel, nice staff, great location ( since its very close to the Bernabeu and I always come for games ) and a great neighbourhood. Staff speaks only Spanish like they do in all of Madrid so take a dictionary. Room was nice and big, and very clean. Nice bed, but bring your own pillow. The room is so clean, nice, and comfortable and the most important is its cheap cost. The staff are so friendly and when I ask more hours before checking out, they just permitted it. I will definitely stay there if I visit Madrid again
