  The host and her daughter are really kind people; however, their English skills are limited. I felt like I was staying with family. There is WiFi included so that's a big plus. Even though he can't speak English, he tried to explain everything and helped us to find some good place near by. The room was also quite large and comfortable for two people to stay.   Location was perfect. 5 minutes walk from the Grand Via Metro. Reception 24hrs. Maria (the host) was very friendly and helpful. I felt like being at home rather then a privat mini hotel (especially after four days). The rooms were cleaned every day which includes fresh towels (to my very own surpise).
