We arrived late in the afternoon were given lots of good recommendations for places to eat and have a drink. The man working at the desk offered to take our bags to our room or show us around if we had any questions. The rooms were good sized and comfortable.

  Great design but needs to fix a few problems. Good value if not concerned with noisy air condition. On of the better hotels. Staff were good but premises needed updating. - We had the duplex suit, very nice, Modern and clean. Merida is only worth visiting to see the ruins, thr rest of the town is very down at heel.
