Very good central location near to the Sagrada and metro station. Lots of shops and supermarkets around. Kind service. Very clean in each part of the apartment, including bathroom. -
Nice place to stay. Fill like home. Freedom to do anything in the house like cooking or use the fridge, tv and all. Staff very welcome.

I can strongly recommend this place to people who look for something cozy, stylish, not typical. You feel more like at home, not like in a hotel. There is a common space for the guests where you can sit around big table, drink high quality coffee (free of charge) and relax.

Very friendly and helpful staff who spoke very good English and put themselves out to help in any way they could. Tea and coffee facilities were excellent even though not located in individual rooms, with complementary fresh milk and bottled watered. Air conditioning. A hotel with style located perfectly within easy reach of the old city, the shopping centre and the outer lying Gaudi cathedral and park. From the moment we walked in, the stay was perfect. Mirly and his team made us feel really welcome in this beautiful small Hotel, decorated with great taste and in a perfect location. Excellent! The owners are wonderful people, very welcoming, friendly and helpful.
I really appreciated the morning conversations with the other guests while enjoying the excellent breakfast.
The rooms are impeccably clean and the bedding is just perfect.
Also very good location.
Very good value for money, I definitely recommend it. -

Room was quiet (maybe because there are only couple of rooms and all the other guests were nice and quiet people). Emilio (the owner) was very helpful and speaks very good English.

Great value for these money. Location was good close to Placa Espanya. The flat is been cleaned everyday. Bread and butter are available all day long. Plus you have a cooking place so people can save some money by cooking themselves. Good, cozy place.

Rosie, the lady who welcomed us and served our breakfast was very sweet, friendly and helpful. She couldn't speak English but used a translate app on her tablet which worked excellently well.
Loved the outdoor decked area.
