  The location was fantastic. It was very close to the El Born district & the Picasso Museum. There were plenty of little unique shops & restaurants in the area. Lots of different breads, juices, teas and coffees. Great value and just what you need before a days sightseeing. Our room was small but well planned, clean and comfortable.   We stayed at the apartment located in the Mercat del Born area, the nicest neighborhood in the centre of Barcelona. Filled with bars, restaurants and graphic alleys to stroll. All the other members of the sta - We loved the position of the apartment and the relaxing space it provided for us.We found all the staff so welcoming, friendly and so helpful. The Gothic Quarter, La Rambla, Modernista Barcelona with the Gaudi masterpieces and Joan Miro art, the plazas and markets, Roman ruins, the parks, waterfront and mountains, all very accessible with the excellent metro system and fantastic tourist bus made our 5 day trip one of the most interesting holidays I have ever had. Highly recommend it for a city

  The location was good, in the Eixample district - 10 mins walk from Passieg de Gracia Railway Station, so we took train from airport T.2 - only took 25 mins and costs 3.5 euros each. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful - nothing too much trouble. A very good buffet breakfast was included in price. The basic room was fine for a couple of ... hva folk sier » nights stay, but was quite small and window overlooked small internal courtyard, so not much light. We upgraded to comfort room which was much better - I can highly recommend this trendy hotel.The staff are friendly and knowledgable, rooms are clean and comfortable and we had a beautiful view over the city, from our balcony, plus a nespresso machine. Breakfast was excellent and this was leisure combined with business. We stayed in this 4 star hotel for leisure and thereafter went to a 5 star hotel where our conference were, but this 4 star hotel was much better than the 5star. Thus don't let the stars confuse you!

  The apartment was amazing. Right in the city center in a really cool area, close to everything. Definitely exceeded my expectations.
