  Simple and good value for money, although by shopping around you can find hotel rooms at this price. I had a simple room without a television but the superior rooms do have a TV. The beds are basic but comfortable enough. The staff are normally dealing with students so the check-in/out is functional rather than personable. The residence is only 20... hva folk sier » 0m or so from the Tarongers tram stop from where you can get to the beach in 15 minutes and the centre of town in 20 minutes. - I liked the smiling and helpful staff. Towers were changed and bed was made everyday. Excellent national food in the canteen. Wifi access without trouble. 15 minutes on foot to the awesome beach. Public transport within walking distance. Free shampoo and shower gel.
