We arrived at midnight and the lady who greeted us at reception was very friendly - Comfort, warm welcome, very clean and very cute decoration. i appreciated the books available to read, the warm in the room...i was there for a concert so it was the perfect hotel and made my stay and weekend in Madrid PERFECT. Everything. I was travelling with friends, we were a 9 people group and had a perfect stay at Madrid. Close tho the city center (next to metro station). Just 15 minutes far from the heart of Madrid. It's really great place to stay. Clean spacious rooms, very close to
shops and really nice local restaurants. Hotel is situated on suburbs
area but this is not a disadvantage at all. Next to the hotel in the
neighborhood you can find asian shop with everything you need. I hope I
will back here as soon as it possible:)

The biggest bonus of this little family-run place is its unrivalled location facing the Royal palace. Staff are very responsive and punctual and the place has the charm of a 18th century building.
