  Interesting design ! - Outstanding combination of design styles, service, comfort and facilities at a decent price. Extremely pleasant SPA, swimming pool, hammam and gym. Also nice location not far from the center of Madrid and the Airport. Breakfast, bar and restaurant are among the best in Madrid for a reasonnable price. The rooms are spectacular and the staff are all fantastic. We had 7 star service from everyone and a wondeful stay from the minute we arrived. I have alreay recommended it to freinds and business colleagues.

  Probably the one hotel where the service from every single staff member from doorman to reception was excellent. Everyone smiles here! The decor is beautiful, the rooms luxurious and much bigger than what you would expect normally in a big city in Europe. Location was fantastic, for restaurants and shopping. Housekeeping twice a day. Excellent location, safe surrounding and a few metres from Metro.

  It was unbelievable service, the stuff can solve absolutely any question, they are very attentive and charming. Really the best hotel I ever been! - Great service, Extremely helpful staff. You have all you need to relax and feel comfortable. Silence in the room. Impressive design.
