This is a family-owned place that is very well maintained and has a congenial staff and atmosphere. For protracted stays the rooms are better suited for single occupancy where space allows a comfortable chair. But for short stays the twin (there are no doubles) occupancy is perfectly adequate. the location was perfect for our needs. The apartment was compact and had all which we required. -
The location is great - right near Plaza Espanya (we were closer to the metro than the location on the website as there are 2 properties). Staff were helpful at check-in, even though you need to drive to a different office.

appointed with everything one needs to enjoy a self-catered holiday in Barcelona.
