We had chosen a double room as the preferred option but we were offered a twin as it would be bigger with a better view so we took it.   The staff were very helpful and polite. It felt very safe that staff were on hand 24 hrs, and the hotel was clean and within easy reach of the city centre, and nearby metro stations. The bathroom facilities were modern and nice, and shower was amazing! The lady serving breakfasts was so pleasant, cheerful and helpful. The room was sparkling clean everyday, comfortable bed, ac with cold and hot air flow, young and really helpful and friendly staff.
