Very friendly and helpful staff who spoke very good English and put themselves out to help in any way they could. The Hotel is beautiful,but there were very few large bath towels, no
small wash clothes and no extra pillows. Also we checked in at 10:00 am
and left our bags since our mini suites were not ready. We gave our
passport copies, our credit cards and all info, but when we came back at
5 pm from sightseeing,our bags were still not brought to our rooms. We
