I can strongly recommend this place to people who look for something cozy, stylish, not typical. You feel more like at home, not like in a hotel. There is a common space for the guests where you can sit around big table, drink high quality coffee (free of charge) and relax.

Very friendly and helpful staff who spoke very good English and put themselves out to help in any way they could. Tea and coffee facilities were excellent even though not located in individual rooms, with complementary fresh milk and bottled watered. Air conditioning. The rooms are nicely decorated, the hotel has its own personality, every room is decorated differently. We had a room on the top floor and it came with a large terasse and sunbeds. The bed was perfect, not too hard, not too soft. Location is great, just one block from Passeig de Gracia and Plaza Catalunya. Close to the lively tourist area, but still in a less crowded, noisy neighbourhood. Food at breakfast was good, large variety, it's only a cold breakfast. The hotel is brand new, we stayed on

we got lots of clothes to wash but had no time as I and my bf were busy to sight seeing all around in Barcelona but they did it instead of us and brought it into our room even twice. their English wasn't so fluent but didn't matter. just there is one thing to know that it's 10euro to use washing machine though the service was satisfied than my thought. just be sure about it.
