  The staff was completely accommodating, friendly, and speedy. The room design was very cool: exposed brick, bunk beds, ultra modern shower, and very quiet. Retiro Park is across the street, the Prado is 5 blocks away and you can walk to Plaza Mayor in 20 minutes. Very pleased with expereince, pity we stayed over thier only 1 night.
