  Really well located for what we needed, you can't park nearby but for us it was not an issue. Everything you might need to self cater was there. Great place for a comfortable inexpensive stay. - Comfortable and close to everything you what to see. Alhambra, Flaminco, Tapas, Markets. Very Enjoyable.

  The location was excellent especially since it wasn't accessible by car - just a short walk from Parque Neuve where the taxi left us. We were in the old city area at the foot of the Alhambra. Lots of nightlife nearby if you wanted it but quiet in the apartment itself.   The staff were very helpful and friendly, we liked the availability of free tea and coffee in the afternoons, a nice touch. The hotel is well situated being close to the Plaze Nueva, so convenient for orientation to all the sights. The Alhambra is a very pleasant 20 minute stroll away. - wonderful location, great breakfast.

  The staff at the Portago Urban we're very friendly and accommodating to our needs during the stay. A requested room change was done with no drama and they assisted with some business issues I was having at the time. I really cannot thank them enough. You are in a nice part of Granada not too busy but near a bus stop that takes you straight to the Alhambra. - We liked the design of the hotel. Very friendly at reception, day and nice. We enjoyed the very nice roof terrace. Very quiet although in the old part of town. And for us of great importance the very high quality of beds and the viscoelastical pillows. Difficult to find.
