The apartment is perfectly located for everything you wish to do in Barcelona so close to the Placa d'Espanya Station. Its spacious and looks brand new, comfie beds, fully self catering, excellent air conditioning in apt 1812, appears secure and quiet inside, even if on a busy street but its the longest shopping street in Europe.
