  Hotellet var sentralt og rommet var stort. Vi hadde ingen utsikt fra vårt rom, så bare inn i tre andre vegger og en leilighet eller noe, måtte se opp for å se himmelen. Men det var egentlig bare bra, for vi hadde ingen støy fra gaten. - Excellent staff. Easy access from train station by short taxi ride. - It is a great hotel indeed and will come back to stay here again. Staff are helpful and service is excellent.   The staff at the Portago Urban we're very friendly and accommodating to our needs during the stay. A requested room change was done with no drama and they assisted with some business issues I was having at the time. I really cannot thank them enough. You are in a nice part of Granada not too busy but near a bus stop that takes you straight to the Alhambra. - We liked the design of the hotel. Very friendly at reception, day and nice. We enjoyed the very nice roof terrace. Very quiet although in the old part of town. And for us of great importance the very high quality of beds and the viscoelastical pillows. Difficult to find.

  We had a great reception by Patricia. Was shown the apartment and the facilities and then given information and maps of what to do locally. The recommendations of where to eat were great. Wonderfully located in the historic area of Granada. Beautiful view from the rooftop terrace of the Alhambra. Great place to sit and relax. After travelling for ... hva folk sier » a week the washer was a godsend. - We enjoyed our stay very much. A beautiful vista of the Alhambra from the roof-top terrace (don't expect to have a good view from your window). We could also recommend the restaurant run by the family at 10 minutes walking distance.
