The staff was really nice, the room and the whole hotel is new, modern and spotless. It was very comfortable for us who were there by car. Free car parkin, and the bus stop is front of the hotel, so very easy to go to the city centre.

Staff was very helpful, the hotel was clean, modern and well located in a pleasant area. Free minibar was very much appreciated. We enjoyed the 15-minute walk to the old city through the citadel and park. We had requested 2 rooms, 1 with 2 beds as we are travelling with teens, and they were able to accomodate the request with adjoining rooms. - goo

The manager José Ángel was courteous, friendly and most helpful. He was fantastic in every way.

Location was very good for the festival. We had a room at the back of the hotel which was great because it was away from the street noise. During the festival a room up front would have been too noisy. -
