  An elegant oasis in a perfect location in the beautiful city of Cordoba. The hotel emailed us the day before arrival with very detailed directions so we were able to find the hotel easily. The reception staff was very gracious and welcoming offering us cool beverages as we checked in. Our room was Artemisa, spacious and comfortable, with a welcome... hva folk sier » basket of fruit. The rooftop terrace and the courtyards were gorgeous. This was our favorite hotel and city in all of Spain. - Chic, boutique hotel in fantastic location in the old town, only steps away from the Cathedral. Staff friendly with excellent English. Tastefully decorated individually designed rooms made a change from the stereotype and the complimentary bowl of fruit was a nice touch. Very clean; staff very attentive; breakfast excellent. The view from the rooftop terrace is amazing and even more magical after dark.

Goodvalue for money. - We were delighted. at the end of a superb holiday in Spain, to discover the Macia Alfaros. It fulfilled all the family's requirements for a hotel in Cordoba in August. Not only was the swimming pool a great advantage but what with it's location and helpful and friendly staff makes this hotel a place we hope to return to.

  The staff were lovely; I was staying at the apartments whilst looking for a flat in the city, and they put me in touch with a friend who was letting out a flat just around the corner. The apartment was spacious, clean and cool, even when the air con was off, despite the weather outside being 32*C-36*C most days. - Very big apartment. Good beds. The swimming pool on thehotel's roof top is amazing, although a bit small you can see the wholecity while refreshing yourself. The city centre is 10 min walk from thehotel, which was great as well. An inner door seperating the bedroom area minimised all noise. Excellent - it was the quietest hotel we have stayed in. Good location, very nice room. Helpful reception staff who spoke excellent English. Would certainly use it again.
