  Front Desk was very competent and they went out of their way to help us and we were very demanding. housecleaning was very nice and also efficient. Spa was nicely equipped.

  All was perfect, charming staff, nice rooms with jacuzzies, breakfast until 11.30 in weekends... I will recommend it - Rooms are very nice designed, big & comfortable. Location is also good. Wi-Fi is free and fast.

  My wife left her diamond ring and a watch behind as we rush to the airport. The watch has some value but the ring was expensive. We would never expected to get our ring and watch back. To our surprises, when we ask Juan (our representative), he said that the cleaning lady found our items and he will send them back to us. Without saying a lot, this... hva folk sier » actions from Juan and his staffs had said how much wonderful they are. We are so much appreciate their honesty and they are very well represented. I - The Apartments were really nice. And the staff were quick when we needed them. We were a group of 25 and had some some difficulties with the keys - but the staff sorted everything out.
