Staff were excellent and so attentive, despite speaking limited English they were always willing to help - ie giving directions, extra pillows etc.
Room was minimal but perfect for the price - had a comfy double bed in a private room that was quiet and had an AC which is all we were after!

I had booked two individual nights, and could easily swop them for the same room, and the very kind lady at reception just charged me very little extra for the more expensive 2nd room. I had a terrace, it was quite (except the bus) I loved looked TV in the lounge (Eurovision) with other quests. I loved it is really near the stations. I highly recommend it!

I stayed on the Friday night & the Monday night. Both times the staff were friendly. I was able to leave my bag there both times. The 2nd time I paid less but got a better room presumably because it wasn't full. It was in the City Centre & close to the beach. The nearest train station is approx. 5 min walk away. Quite convenient to go everywhere. The guys at the reception are really nice. They told us a lot of places to visit and to have meal. The room is also very tidy although a little bit small.

We were welcomed by a Spanish front desk clerk who spoke a bit of
English. When asked, transferred us to another room because wifi signal
was stronger. When asked, he also called Tapeo de Cervantes and booked
us a table for 2 in Spanish. Location is perfect, it is right in front
of the trainstation. Room is well presented. -
