New, very clean, well and tastefully furnished apartment. Absolutely loving every moment I was staying in the apartment. Close to the famous Sagrada Familia (1 metro stop, although also accessible by walking), definitely worth the money.

Lovely and warm welcoming of the lady (I am sorry I didn't ask her name) from the Happy People headquarters. The owners were very nice and helpful.The hotel & room were clean and very nicely set. It was 5 mins walk to the metro and there are lots of pastry shops and local restaurants around. Very quiet area. We'd definitely recommend it. -
