  The location was great! Very close to the beach and you can see it from the balcony. Walking distance to the mall and restaurants. The apartment was cozy and well decorated...spacious. When you book, you'll get an email from the hotel asking for information and they tell you to call when you arrive. If you call them it takes about 15 minutes for them to get to you but yo - It was a really nice little studio apartment in an excellent location, just a few minutes walk from the beach, right next to super markets and restaurants and walking distance to the center. It was really clean and comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with basics like olive oil, tea and coffee. I would definitely stay there again. The staff were friendly and helpful.

  The apartment was half the price of two hotel rooms in the Gothic Quarter for our party of 5. The location was great, but it was a 5-8 minute walk from where we had to pick up our key, so it was a haul because we had a TON of luggage and 2 people in their 70s.   The hotel was very centrally located within a few minutes walking distance of busy las ramblas & close to many restaurants & a supermarket. The apartment room was large & spacious to accommodate my family of 4 including 2 teenagers. The bathroom was very spacious as well & the kitchenette was well equipped. Hotel reception staff were exceptional eg Aritz, Manuel & Zavi - Lovely location in the heart of the Gothic Quarter, but in a small side street so it is nice and quiet. The rooms are lovely with the exposed wall and slate tiled bathrooms. Staff were really helpful and recommended places to eat and go see, and generally very friendly and attentive. Fantastic location near all the bars and restaurants, and about 5-7 min walk to the food market, and tube (metro) station. We didn't use the swimming pool as we went in March (still too cold) but it did look tiny.

  Location was the best right in the gothic area in the Placa San Jaume square. I loved the attic room . Very spacious and the terrace was to die for. Bed was a wee bit hard but not an issue. My sisters had the 2 bedroom /. 2 bath with windows facing the square. Spacious and clean. - The staff is helpful that helps me to find its office although it is hard to find. Meanwhile, the apartment is absolutely worth the price that it is big with a large balcony. Strongly recommended!
