The sweetest Bolivian lady (Juhana?) welcomed us and made this wisit the best surprice in ages. Staff was helpful, smiley and made you feel welcome. The place was very clean and tidy all over and the decor was quite decent with nice design touches that made it feel fresh, simple and modern. My single room was just right and the shower room was nice and everything worked as it should.

The room was good value for money. There was a flatscreen and ac and plenty of space to ve around.
As said in previous comments, there is quite a bit of sound from the street at night, but the double glazing helps reduce it to a muffle.

The hostel is in the hart of Madrid, near to shops, bars, metro. The staff was friendly. The rooms although small are comfortable and clean. The beds were set every day, and clean towels were provided if necessary. I highly recommend this hostel since is the best vale for money!

Up to the moment I entered the hostal I didn't have great
expectations. Once inside the room I felt very spanish and ready to
conquer the world. Extremely cosy, warm, very clean and friendly, well
located, close to Gran Via and therefore close to everything in Madrid

I am so sorry that I haven't asked the name of that super professional and kind guy at the reception. He was extremely careful, helped us out with all our questions and made sure that we were comfortable and safe all the time. The three recommendations he gave us (breakfast place, lunch place and pizza place) were all great. The hotel itself was not exactly what we were waiting for, but the location is great and everything was so easy. Recommend it.
