Surrounded by olive and sunflower groves, this large Andalusian estate is located just 5 minutes’ drive from Jerez Airport. Its extensive grounds offer an outdoor pool and tennis courts. The air-conditioned rooms at Hotel Cortijo de Ducha feature tiled floors and rustic décor. Each one has free Wi-Fi, a TV and a private bathroom. The Cortijo’s restaurant serves traditional Andalusian dishes with a modern twist. There is also a tapas bar and a pub-style cocktail bar. The dining rooms are converted barns and granaries. You can drive to the beaches of Rota in 30 minutes. Sanlúcar de Barrameda, where you can get the ferry to the beautiful Doñana National Park, is also a 30-minute drive away.

Beautifully renovated hotel, with nice rooms and excellent pool area. Staff all friendly and helpful, a wide range of English spoken, but do try some Spanish first. Food ..excellent... note evening service doesn't start until 8:30. Bicycle hire available, town or mountain... excellent quality bikes, with good support from the operator. The hotel is quite rural, and quiet, it is best to have your own transport.
alle vurderinger » A beautiful place with sophisticated Andalusian authenticity. The room was large simple and comfortable, with a cheap mini bar and a powerful clean shower. The grounds are stunning and well-tended. Breakfast was my favourite experience of the whole trip! And when my wife left her watch behind they contacted us straight away to say they had it and where should they send it. A very well run place. Very friendly staff, very quiet, excellent rooms with plenty of hot water and comlimentary shower gels etc. Clean. Pool and Gardens looked very well maintained. Perfect for visiting Jerez, Cadiz, Seville etc. The hotel is great for a break. Good size pool. Views of the countryside, Good bar, and restaurant. We had a great evening meal. Very good prices for food and drink. Free internet. 10 mins drive into Jerez. The hotel was a lovely Spanish building with excellent interior and lovely rooms and comfortable beds. It was an ideal location for a business trip as I was working at the airport. Good located - near jerez airport. Large and beautiful site. Well equipped room with big bathroom and terrace with view for amazing landscape and nice pool in the garden. Quiet, clean and orderly. Functional with some countryside charm. Five minutes drive to the Jerez airport as well as the motorway. Free parking on the premises. Good size rooms and bathroom with neat and lovely finishes. For a last minute plan to visit the beaches in cadiz province where all the places were booked, this was a convenient place on the motorway for a quick get away without going into jerez. Pre-arrival communication poor. 2 e-mails unanswered, and only managed to get an english speaker on one of three telephone calls. (Of course this is Spain, but it also an international standard of hotel). About 3K to the airport, but taxi fares 20 euro from the airport, 16 euro to the airport. You can arrange cheaper (possibly) free transport with the hotel. A kettle and coffee in the room and I would have been in heaven. Would be greatly improved if there was tea/coffee facilities in the room. Breakfasts are continental style only! Should have a few extra staff on at night in the restaurant, not just one, who had to work also behind the bar!. Have to say the breakfast was poor for a 4 star hotel. No fruit juice, yogurt. No eggs, Nothing hot. Also one night we wanted burgers which are on the room service menu and not the restaurant menu. they would not let us order them in the outside patio area. So we had to go to our room to order them. The waiter had to bring them up to our room for us to eat there. Then we went back down for a drink in the patio Stupid rule. Be aware that the staff speak little English. A taxi costs €16 each way to go to the town. at check the hotel was trying to charge me again for the room that I had already paid for. It took 15 mins to convince them otherwise after producing my booking form from letsbookhotel.com and finding the receipt amongst heir paperwork. Nothing. Passages needed vacuuming. Two of the three persons we met at reception were very unfriendly and had zero command of the English language. When we checked out the receptionist (computer illiterate?) firstly produced the wrong room's bill, and later was not able to print a receipt for us. I have not yet received the email I requested containing latter. could only stay one night. There was no soap in the bathroom. Had difficulty understanding as staff did not speak English. food not up to standard of hotel. too far from restaurants. You have to know in advance that center of Xerez is 10 min. by car. Booked superior room. Put in a basic room designed for disabled use (we did n't require this) very cold with a horrible view. booked a Twin (mother and daughter) this was a small double bed ! Asked to be moved. Second room so much nicer. Not sure why we didn't get put in here in the first place hotel not even busy. . breakfast and service at breakfast was astonishingly bad for this kind of hotel. The hotel was advertised as 'romantic' and 'luxury'. It was neither. Pipes for watering plants were all over the place. Our room and bathroom were only cursorily cleaned. The dining room was large and cavernous and without atmosphere. Whilst we would still vist it for the convenience, we were a little disappointed as we think the advertising gives the impression of a different product. It is a good set up for weddings and conventions.
