Extremely good service from all of the staff. We arrived late in the evening, the restaurant was closed, but they had arranged for us to have a cold meal in the restaurant! We had half-board; the food was really good, fresh and with good variation.
The next day we were able to change room to a higher floor without problems. The last day we were leaving late. We were given a room to keep until afternoon, very much appreciated to be able to have a shower and change before leaving as the temperat

Staff were very accomodating. As it was near the end of the season our room was ready when we arrived at 10am and we were also allowed to remain until early evening on our departure. Comfortable, clean room, with a view of the harbour (which we weren't expecting/hadn't paid for). Being offered a glass of Cava on arrival! Fabulous Jacuzzi on the roof with a view to die for (Cathedral, city, castle, harbour). Small pool. Food was excellent - we tried breakfast, lunch & dinner at the hotel - very fresh, tasty & large portions.
