  Second time at these apartments, and they're really nice and not bad on the wallet. Lovely location, in a plaza near the sea front, with all amenities you could ask for close by.   We love these family run hotels. Not for us the anonymity of big chains. This quaint hotel is right on the seafront at Estepona.It does not serve food, but there are ample places to eat nearby. The street behind the hotel is flower lined , pedestrianised. and good for people watching.Lots of lovely little eateries in this street also. Handy hotel ... hva folk sier » for buses to places like Puerto Banus, Marbella etc; as the bus stop is right outside the hotel. - Right on the beach lovely views with main road running between. Really convenient for the town, the beach and the restaurants. Reception pleasant and obliging but don't expect too much English (but who cares?!)

  La Malaguena and Estepona are both great, great, great! Firstly, Estepona was a lovely surprise to us! We didn’t know what to expect from the town prior to arrival (we travelled across Spain by bicycle) and upon arrival Estepona turned out to be a gem, a very romantic and beautiful place with small historic centre full of authentic and vivid atmos... hva folk sier » phere! La Malaguena is in the very heart of Estepona and its historic centre – on Plaza de las Flores. The location is superb – next to all historic l - Very pretty and central location. Room was beautiful, lovely furniture and all facilities that you would need. The owner is runs the hotel very well and if delightful. The staff made sure that I had a quiet room as requested and I slept fantastically!

  We loved the position of Hostal Pilar, overlooking a beautiful Plaza and in the centre of the historic area of Estopona and being just a two minute walk to the promendade and beach, No food available here but a lovely cafe in the plaza and lots of really good restuarants nearby. No car park but the nearby one is special rates from hotel. If you... hva folk sier » have disabled badge it is free! - Staff very helpful especially gave me a down-stairs room so I did not have to carry my very heavy suitcase up the stairs. The Hotel was in the Main Square in the middle of all sight-seeing. Despite not having Dining facilities the cafes were right there and open very early in the morning for breakfast. Really only 5 mins from the Bus Stop.

  Cheap and cheerful. Clean and excellent location. Don't expect egyptian cotton sheets but for 20 euros it's comfortable.
