  We enjoyed our stay at this hotel which is located very close to the harbour and the city centre. The harbour is only 5 mins walk with excellent resturants ( try La vida which was a fair price and excellent food), The walk to the center centre was also very short ( approx 10 mins max). The guests are mainly Germans and Nordic regions but everybody... hva folk sier » speaks english. There is a nice pool but also a bar at a sister hotel next door. The hotel owners are very friendly and multi- lingual and great host - We really enjoyed our stay in Casa Ceiba Maria! The owners, Sindy and André, were always there to assist or recommend whatever and whenever needed. It's a very clean and nice place which being located at the end of the street is at the same time close to the beach, marina and all the city centre entertainments as well as the local bus stop.   This is a 3 star hotel with a 5 star setting. Yes the rooms are basic and in need of a refurb but that is reflected in the bargain price and with views like this you won't be spending much time in doors. The beach whilst small is quaint and the bathing area safe for young children. You don't have to swim out far to see lots of - I was impressed by the organisation of the team of cleaners who were friendly & worked hard cleaning just about everything from sand on beach to showers & chairs & railings & fences as well as rooms & obvious areas. The staff on the reception were always friendly & helpful. But most of all the Team of young entertainers . Dave & his team were amazing - always friendly to parents but fantastic with the children . They were never too busy for anyone "kids or adults" .

  I can honestly say that this stay was one of the best in my life - and I travel a lot! From the very first moment after we arrived to Es Ravells D´Or we felt comfortable, staff was very kind and helpful - the receptionist(the best ever!!!:)))) gave us apartmant even though we paid for studio, he was always smiling and talking to us every day.   Very clean nicely maintained gardens and communal areas. We had apartment on third floor overlooking sea, very spacious with a good range of kitchen equipment and huge balcony. They have signs saying "silence as respect to other guests" and this appeared to work as we didn't hear any noise.
