We went to this hotel 2 years ago. They made a mistake with our booking so when I complained about it, the Manager of the hotel agreed to meet me and he gave us a room upgrade for free. The hotel it's self was excellent . The room spacious with plenty of
room to move around in a wheelchair .the only bad thing was I could not
shower in there . But hey it's a week so can always manage to get
washed somehow. I cannot say enough good things about the staff they
could not do enough for us. Next time I am in benidorm this is the first

We have stayed here several times,we live in Spain about an hour away, so it is great for us to drive there, put the car away and enjoy a relaxing break. The food is excellent and the staff are superb. Happy to give us a requested room if possible. Would highly recommend this hotel and will be back again .

We stayed for five nights and we could not fault anything. The sea views from the room were fantastic, Staff were very friendly and helpful and the food was brilliant with first class waiter service. i could not belive how big the room was with 5 beds it was great value for money - When I booked in they didnt have my reservation as there are 2 apartments with similar names from the same company. They might want to look into that as I had to wait 30 minutes to get it resolved.
