We went to this hotel 2 years ago. They made a mistake with our booking so when I complained about it, the Manager of the hotel agreed to meet me and he gave us a room upgrade for free. Great hotel. the rooms are excellent so clean and comfortable. Location was good not far from all the bars but far enough away to be quiet. The beach is 1 minute walk away. The staff are very welcoming and all speak very good English.
The rooms are spotless and cleaned every day and have lovely big balconies.
Complimentary soap, shampoo and shower gel were provided and refilled throughout our stay.
Breakfast was a choice of English or Continental and was all freshly made.

Very clean and friendly staff and cheap. We wanted a one night stay and many Benidorm hotels do not do that. We would stay again but in a different room. We were going to the Benidorm Palace so it was handy location for us. Very good breakfast looking out to the pool not like in some hotels where the breakfast room is in the cellar with no windows.
