  All the staff worked really hard to make our week great, we arrived early but reception staff were really helpful looked after our bags and pointed us in the direction of the bar! Room was great, both room and bathroom were nice and large, plenty of space for all of us. Animation team worked hard to ensure we were included with activities for chil... hva folk sier » dren and adults, English, Spanish and French were all spoken and lots of effort made to include everybody. Great variety of buffet food at all meals a - The complex was spotless clean and very close to the beach. We liked that after the bar closed at 11.30 the lights went off at 12 and the place was very quite great for a good nights sleep. The hotels clientele was mostly French which we found to be very friendly and we found that like us they clean up after themselves and don't leave glasses around the pool for other people to pick up.We were only there on a 3 night stay and we had a great time and found the all inclusive to be great value

  Nice sea view - the staff could not be any better all my friends who came for my birthday where over the moon - Food was consistently first class. Restaurant staff always friendly. Location was excellent.

  The Balmoral was one of the best value hotels we have ever stayed in. It was clean and comfortable. We had a room with a lovely balcony and great sea,mountain and pool views.   I would like to submit a review on behalf of my parents who recently stayed at the hotel ( 20/09 - 02/10). My parents raved about the staff- particularly the waiter in the restaurant. My Father is a very fussy eater ( and particularly hard to please were food is concerned) and he absolutely lovely the food!!! We would just like to take this opportunity to thank the hotel for all their help and kindness - it really did make for - Room 507 had fantastic views, hotel was lovely and clean and great location for beach and Marina. Breakfast was fantastic, great choice of cooked and continental with fresh fruit. In height of summer I could imagine there will be quite a bit of noise from surrounding bars, but you would expect that from a busy resort.

  We had apt 661 for three people. Two bedrooms large comfy well equipped lounge/dinner and terrace. Excellent value for money. White Andalucian style architecture with some stairs but worth it for the view. Quiet out of season. Recommended. - apts.were the best in size and had all necessary utensils.staff are very helpful.
