There are only 25 rooms in this hotel, so the service was superb. We were addressed on a first-name basis by the staff (great job Javier, Wim, and Ignacio!) We felt extremely welcome and appreciated. The location was unbeatable - 2 minutes to Las Ramblas and Placa Catalunya. Rooms were comfortable, efficient, and sleekly designed - and the extra "salon" was a bonus. We also enjoyed the 24-hour complimentary cafe and the personalized breakfast.

We had a very warm greeting as soon as we entered the Hotel, from Alex. Although in travelling, my expectations do not include that everyone speaks English; but, your staff spoke it extremely well, which makes travelling so much easier. Det jeg likte med hotellet at det var nære de fleste attraksjoner. La Rambla, stranden, shopping osv. Personallet var veldig hjelpsomme og ga god service. Vårt rom var ikke klart da vi ankom, men de fikset det på en super måte, så det blir bare flisespikeri. Neste gang turen gå til Barcelona, blir hotelvalget veldig enkelt. Er kjempe fornøyd - Tren
