Plenty of space in the larger apartment and the luxury of air con. Apartment was also clean/modern and right next to Rocafort metro station. Plenty of cafes nearby for breakfast / coffee and small 24 hour shops for supplies.
Excelent treatment we received from Regina, the owner. Great woman.
B&B very well located. Nearby a metro station and very close to the city center.

Location.
Not much in the way of natural light in the apartment. A little bit of a distance from the main sites of the old town (taxis are reasonable though even late at night). Kitchen facilities were not available (think there was extra charge for this) and that included use of the fridge (which seemed a bit mean).
The Room pretty dark, the only window is facing a wall and there is not enough light into the room.
Thin walls and very noisy outside.
Works in progress in the building, we were woken daily by people hammering and drilling right beside our room.
Not same room as shown in pics. No frigider. Not well isolated with other room.
