  I have stayed at this hostal a couple of times before. I arrived at around 23.00 and was greeted by a very friendly and helpful man at reception. I was put in a twin room which was very comfortable and I was pleased to note that there weren't any guests in the adjoining rooms as the last time I stayed the people next door had their tv on very loud... hva folk sier » until the early hours, so this time I hoped for some quiet as I was very tired. I didn't have breakfast there so can't comment on that. When I check - Absolutely brilliant! This family-run hostal is in a class of its own and provides superior standards of comfort and cleanliness often lacking in so-called 4star-rated hotels. Towels and bedlinen immaculate.   Very close to the airport, excellent Spanish bars nearby (brilliant and cheap tapitas/tapas kiosk bar just outside supermarket). Room nice with a balcony, clean and staff friendly.   Like previous reviewers, we only stayed for one night prior to an early morning flight. Comfortable bed, small balcony, air con and a great location only 5 minutes drive from the airport. We had to leave before breakfast so can't comment but think it's served from 6am. We had a really good meal in Avenida 1, just around the corner from the hotel... hva folk sier » , but there are quite a few other choices nearby. - I just needed an overnight stay near Alicante Airport. I got a very clean room, excellent free wifi and it was only 29€ with breakfast. I had an early flight the next day, the taxi arrived in a few minutes and staying so close to the airport took all of the stress out of trying to get there at an unsocial hour.
