Holiday Home La Ribera Alta Almunecar is a 3-room house, built in 1990 and suitable for 4 persons. It is located 1km from Almunecar, a fishing village, in the southern part of the region, 90 km south from Granada, 80 km east from Málaga.
It is a bright, comfortable and nice furnishings and has a living/dining room with open fireplace, air conditioning, satellite-TV, stereo unit and warm air heating.There is also an exit to the terrace. There is also a kitchen provided with 4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, ceramic glass hob, micro wave, freezer and a dining table. There are 2 large terraces with terrace furniture, barbecue and deck chairs. A washing machine is also provided.
Guests can enjoy the garden and the swimming pool (12 m2, 01.01.-31.12.). There is also an outside shower, barbecue.
It is in a quiet, elevated position, 800 m from the sea, in a cul-de-sac. For shared use there is a park.
Supermarket is in 900 m, restaurant 400 m, bus stop, sandy beach 900 m, shingle beach 800 m, indoor swimming pool 1.5 km. Golf course 1.8 km, tennis 500 m, riding stables 1.5 km, childrens play area 500 m.
