The hotel is beautiful, very luxurious, and in many ways unique. The food was excellent, the staff very helpful. The nature reserve associated with it was very interesting, a real high point.

Had a fine big room/apt overlooking pool. Just a short drive from the airport. Nice staff and well kept. Enjoyed dinner buffet.Good spot if you have a car, however parking on street must be hard to get in high season as was difficult enough finding space in Jan and hotel charge for their parking. "San Blas" area, which is just a spin down the road

We have stayed at Westhaven Bay many times. Some bedrooms are a little dated, but always clean. Facilities in the rooms/apartments are good. hotel in just 3 mths :-) Staff provides professional services and they

We stayed here for 2 weeks Aug-Sep13 with three kids,12/8/2. The hotel is fabulous for families and couples. Staff at this hotel are absolutely fabulous, the hotel is very clean, very relaxing, beautiful apartments with total privacy. Sleeping is really relaxing as it's very quiet.No partying etc. The pools are wonderful, children's pool very nice and warm. Breakfast is to die for and plenty. I can not fault this hotel. We would be going back next year. Shuttle bus good, life guard for the pool

Den rolige stemningen. Personalet var hyggelig og imøtekommende. Hotellet passer for voksne. - Service staff and food provided for meals were excellent. - This hotel is indeed worth to be chosen for a holyday at Los Cristianos. It is not near to the beach Las Vistas but on working days they have a small bus to get there often.

- rooms cleaned every day, except weekend
- nice views, though on last flor so not sure how it is on others
- nice swimming pool, opening hours are normal, in some hotels are even only to 6pm so 8pm in udalla is perfectly acceptable. besides you have only a few minutes walk to playa de las visitas and playa del camison - two beautiful beaches
- location is very good. close to city center and main sidewalk with shops (few minutes walk). close to the ocean (same distance)

Very relaxing - staff very helpful. Requested a move after the first
night as our balcony overlooked the main road and it was noisy very
early. We were moved to another apartment overlooking the pool. Although
the apartments are very close to shopping, bars, etc, it is very quiet
and peaceful within the complex.

Good price vs. quality ratio. Very good positioning: a stone’s throw away from restaurants & terraces + beach across the pedestrian path next to the hotel. The room was ok, clean, „up to date” furniture. Good breakfast. Bottom line, we recommend it and it is to be taken into account for a future trip to Tenerife.

the previous reviews i have read mention the hotel is very dated i can say the the hotel is quite the opposite. the hotel was very clean and the up keep of the hotel was very good. Around the pool area was always spotless plenty of sunbeds never had to get up early and make a made rush for them. The restaurant always had a good choice, only problem was if you turn t up at the wrong time sometimes the food was cold but overall had a pleasant holiday.

The bungalows were ideal for us very spacious. The complex is very well situated with a lot of activities to suit all ages(these extra activities can be booked off the complex). Wifi is available in most areas you struggle to a signal on the edge of the complex which is no big deal. I would strongly recommend going here I booked everything myself

The staff were extremely helpful and very courteous, nothing was a problem. The entertainment program was excellent with a different show every night, daily activities, and mini-disco for kids most nights which our son loved. Our room was clean, including carpets which looked reasonably new. - Breakfast was wonderfull.Pools ware big and beautifull
